Behind The Wall

Life behind the cage ain't no cakewalk. It's a world of muted concrete and iron, where time crawls by at the pace of a snail. The days fuse together, marked only by a chorus of of doors and the gruff voices inmates.

Every day is a struggle to stay, to find hope in a place where liberty seems like a distant memory. The air is thick with dread, and the shadows hold whispers.

But, even amidst these unforgiving conditions, there's a unyielding spirit that persists. A sense of community, forged in the crucible of mutual suffering, and a hidden desire for something more.

Certain inmates attempt to better themselves. They study, they find solace through art, and they find friendship with others who have walked the same path.

Walls of Regret

Regret can sometimes manifest itself mentally as walls we build around ourselves. These walls are not made of brick and mortar, but rather of past hurts. They isolate us from others.

We may construct these walls as a way to protect ourselves. But over time, they can become restrictive, preventing us from moving on. Breaking down these walls of regret is a challenging process, but it is also essential for growth.

Life Inside

Life inside a bustling city can be both thrilling and overwhelming. The constant activity of people and traffic creates a unique vibrance. Every avenue holds the potential for surprise, from hidden cafes to vibrant street performances.

Yet, amidst the hullabaloo, there's also a feeling of community. Strangers often exchange pleasantries in passing, and local shops foster a sense of familiarity. Finally, life inside can be a truly rewarding experience.

This concrete labyrinth

The metropolis' heart beats with a relentless rhythm. Gray towers pierce the cloudy sky, their shadows stretching like grasping claws. The concrete pathways are packed with a sea of faces, each rushing toward an unseen destination. The air itself vibrates with the bustle of millions living, working, and dreaming within this concrete cage. Even the noises are a cacophony—a chorus of car engines mixed with the distant chatter of everyday life.

Faith on Lockdown

The world perceives different these days. Walls that once divided us now appear to contain us, and the familiar rhythms of life have been moved into a disjointed melody. Yet, even in this shifting landscape, there persists a flicker. A tiny ember of prison aspiration that refuses to be extinguished.

It resides in the small moments of kindness, in the shared experiences of isolation, and in the gentle strength we find within ourselves. This faith is not a denial of the hardships we face, but rather a commitment to move through them, together.

It reminds us that even in lockdown, our humanity endure.

Freedom's Cost

True independence is a precious and often cherished gift. Yet, its protection demands a continuous commitment. We must be ready to give our time, assets, and even in certain situations our safety to ensure its permanent existence. This is the real price we accept for the blessing of living in a independent society.
